Press Attendance at UpliftU Events

UpliftU invites a select number of journalists to cover each event. Priority is given to proposals from journalists who:

• Work for media outlets with large or influential audiences

• Have a history of insightful coverage in areas related to UpliftU's mission

• Possess a specific commission for coverage of the conference (not just individual speakers or attendees)

Please note:

• We take great care in filming UpliftU events. While it's rare, we are open to evaluating requests for conference footage.

• We do not admit outside photographers.

• Freelancers must provide an assignment letter from the outlet they intend to report for.
  

Interested in covering a UpliftU event? Press passes are limited and considered on a case-by-case basis.

• Please send your name, media outlet, and proposed area of coverage to press@upliftu.in with the subject line "Press Attendance Request".
  Decisions are typically made in the months leading up to the conferences, with accepted press notified approximately one month before each event.

Photo Requests

Image and photo requests should include:

• Name of publication/outlet

• Description of the requested image

• Intended publication date

• Preferred file format

• Deadline for receipt of the image

Submit your request via email to press@upliftu.in with the subject line "Image Request".
A photo credit will be provided with the image and must be used in full.

Press Requests

For interview requests, please email press@upliftu.in with the subject line "Press Request". Include the following information:

• Name of publication/outlet

• Brief background on your interview request

• Proposed publication date

• Your deadline

We encourage sharing UpliftU Talks under the terms of our Creative Commons BY-NC-ND licence.
